Winter Project #1

Re-foaming my vintage set of Advent speakers. The age combined with loud fuzz rock had completely blown the foam surrounds and has them sounding less than spectacular. Enter new surrounds and my first shot at re-foaming speakers. Cut the old foam out, peel back the dust covers to reveal and center the voice coil w/ paper shims, and glue the new surround to the cone. Next step tonight is gluing the surround to the basket and then it's back to rocking out.
